Many anthropologists believe that there are no value similarities between cultures and describe this as “cultural relativity.” It is similar to the modern ideology of Postmodernism that there is no metanarrative valid for every culture. From a perspective of a biblical worldview, how does this destroy the universality of the Gospel and the possibility of intercultural communication of truth within the universal body of Christ? What is a biblical antidote without imposing Western culture upon followers of Jesus in other cultures?
