Purpose: The purpose of this assignments is to help students correctly identify etiology and pathophysiology of the disease process, signs and symptoms of a given disease, diagnostic procedures helpful to detect a disease, medications used to treat the disease, nursing interventions that are essential in the treatment of the disease and patient teaching.

Note: This assignment has a total of 20 points: 10 points for the concept map and 10 points for discussion. Student must answer all the questions in the rubric to get the maximum points.  Include resources (0.5 points)
